Finding healing through connection…
I believe we are all wired for connection and find healing in relationships where we are seen, heard, and valued. I hope to provide a warm, safe, and nurturing space for you to show up exactly as you are.
I view the process of therapy as relational and collaborative. While change can be scary and sometimes difficult, I believe it is possible. You don’t have to go through this process alone.
My approach to therapy is eclectic and integrative as I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, interpersonal trauma, relational issues, life transitions, and spiritual abuse or deconstruction.
I am passionate about providing a place for you to experience renewed hope and healing from past wounds while cultivating self-compassion, shame, resiliency, and empowerment.
Together, we can compassionately explore your history, make sense of your story, and move toward developing a deeper connection with yourself and others. It takes courage to face the pain we’ve experienced, and I would be delighted to be with you on your journey to find wholeness and meaning.

I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and moved to Chattanooga in 2012. I received my B.S. in Education from Louisiana State University in 1998 and my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University in 2022.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three daughters, exploring new places, hiking, listening to music and going to concerts, and engaging in deep and meaningful conversations with friends.

we have become wounded healers.”
