Therapy promotes positive change and healing.
I’ve spent the past six+ years working with children, adolescents, adults, and families on various issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, relational issues, academic problems, spirituality, unwanted sexual behaviors, sexual identity, and grief.
Believing that true healing comes from genuine relationships and accountability with others, I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment for all my clients as they work toward the change and restoration they desire.
With trust and connection as the foundation, I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness skills in my practice.
I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate various challenges, life transitions, and adjustments. I also work with clients experiencing relational/connection issues and facilitate a weekly men’s process group for unwanted sexual behaviors.
Seeing lives change for the better is my reward as a therapist.
